I. Introduction of SMC Cable Bracket
We are a cable stand tooling manufacturer and supplier. We have high-quality SMC cable bracket tooling, which can be customized for you. SMC cable brackets are composite cable brackets that are made from a polymer composite material, including resin, fiberglass, and filler by the SMC molding process. Therefore, the parting surface should be designed with as little cavity pressure as possible, and the vent should be smooth. The location, shape, and material flow of the exhaust port should be fully considered.

II. The classification of SMC cable bracket
1. Combination cable bracket

It consists of a cable bracket, a post, and a retaining pin. The material of the posts and pins is also molded from SMC composite material at high temperatures. The length of the post can be intercepted as desired and can be freely assembled.

2. Buried cable bracket

It can be pressed directly into the wall, while the cable bracket is pressed directly into the wall when building the wall, eliminating the latter step, saving time and labor, and allowing free installation.

3. Screwed cable bracket

It uses the method of forming mounting holes directly in the bracket. The cable bracket can be fixed directly to the wall by fixing screws and is suitable for all kinds of cable laying, significantly increasing randomness and ease of installation.

Cable brackets are available in a variety of sizes to meet different length and load requirements. SMC cable brackets have the advantages of light weight, high strength, aging resistance, UV protection, etc. More importantly, 1mm can withstand voltages over 10,000 volts, making it an excellent insulating material. In addition, we also produce SMC meter box molds, SMC junction box molds, SMC distribution box molds, SMC cable bracket molds, and other electrical industry molds and products.
