The SMC insulated enclosure overcomes the shortcomings of the integrated power box shell, such as easy corrosion, short life, and poor thermal insulation performance. It is produced by the SMC FRP composite molding process. Our SMC insulated housings offer the following advantages.
(1) Fully insulated and safe for use
It performs favorably in insulation resistance and breakdown voltage to prevent leakage accidents, maintains good dielectric properties at high frequencies, does not reflect or block the propagation of microwaves, does not rust, can be used for a long time, suitable for applications in crowded or narrow places, and can avoid the phenomenon of electric shock.
(2) Corrosion resistance and long life
SMC insulation shell has good corrosion resistance. It can effectively resist the corrosion of water, gasoline, alcohol, electrolytic salt, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium-potassium compound urine, asphalt, all kinds of acid and alkali soil, and acid rain. The product itself has good anti-aging performance, the surface of the SMC Insulation product has a layer of ultraviolet radiation resistant protective layer, double protection makes the product have higher anti-aging performance; suitable for all kinds of bad weather, in -50℃ to 150℃ environment, can still maintain good physical and mechanical properties, protection level IP54. SMC insulation shell has a long service life, maintenance-free.
(3) Easy installation and handling
The combination of plate structure, modular installation, suitable for handling, and simple installation can be assembled or disassembled.
