BMC insulation is a kind of thermosetting reinforced plastics. For thermosetting plastics, the mold should be preheated to the required temperature before molding. The actual temperature is related to the type, formula, shape and wall thickness of the products, molding equipment and operating environment of the pressed BMC insulation.
Since the curing time of general BMC insulation at 150 ℃ is less than lmin / mm, the feeding should be rapid. For example, if the material is weighed manually, it is not conducive to the improvement of production efficiency due to the slow speed. Therefore, when pressing small products, the mold with a common feeding room is used.
