The pressure instability of the SMC mould temperature machine is generally caused by two reasons, such as gas in the system pipeline. There is water in the system piping. This is the main reason for the instability of pressure. When the pressure of the SMC mould temperature machine is unstable due to the air in the piping system, what needs to be done is to open the mold temperature machine circulation pump to circulate it. The pump is in working condition, so a mold temperature machine can be used to achieve venting. In another case, there is water in the system piping. This is more troublesome. You need to set the temperature of the mold temperature machine to about 90°C and observe if the pressure gauge is stable.
