1. Fields of applying BMC materials

BMC materials are used in a wide range of fields. When making products, use unsaturated resin and fillers, short glass fibers, and other materials, and then mix them together. BMC materials are also called group molding plastics. Such materials have actually been used since the 1960s. With the continuous growth of science and technology, the precision of today's products is getting higher and higher.

2. The characteristics of BMC materials

The fiber of the BMC material is not leaking, and the appearance quality of the product surface is very good. Products made by BMC are also relatively stable during operation. After several years of continuous development, the products have been widely used in the chemical, transportation, and instrument industries.

The production process of BMC material is very simple. When laminating, it is formed by kneading glass fiber, resin and other materials, and can be injection molded, injection molded, and compression molded during molding. According to the size and performance requirements of the product, the mold temperature is about 125°C to 170°C during molding.

The quality and appearance of the finished BMC products are very good, and it can be made into many different colors. BMC material has a strong endurance, stronger than ordinary materials.

BMC materials can be produced on a large scale. During production, investment can be made according to the scale of the enterprise. If the product has a market and considerable benefits, the scale of the enterprise can be expanded.
